Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers) is the ethical tractate of the Mishnah, unique in containing moral and spiritual maxims of the Tannaim rather than ritual law. Compiled around 200 CE by Rabbi Yehudah HaNasi, it is the most cited tractate in the New Testament halakhic corpus.

Berakhot

Berakhot (Blessings) is the first tractate of the Mishnah and Talmud, belonging to the order Zeraim. It deals with the recitation of the Shema, the Amidah prayer, and daily blessings. Its chapter 9 is foundational for the theology of divine acceptance in all circumstances.
